Le Peep Restaurant Boulder Review

As I was staying at the Boulder Marriott, a logical choice for breakfast was Le Peep as it’s right next door and I had missed the complimentary Marriott breakfast for the second day running!

There were a few people in and I was quickly seated with a nice jug of iced lemon water and English tea on the way.

Unfortunately one thing I found in America is that they never give you boiling water for your tea, hot if your lucky but all to often just warm! By the time you add the milk which is usually a creamy milk, your tea is virtually cold and just horrible.

Pretty much the same scenario here but I don’t think it’s fair to single out Le Peep on this so I won’t.

This is my 5th time to the USA in my 5th state and I decided to have a go at the waffle breakfast with eggs and bacon! Sweet waffle and eggs!! Who came up with this?

Still when it arrived I received a generous plate of waffle with a blob of cream on, 2 eggs, 2 rashers of bacon and some potatoes. I thought as this was an experiment I would go the whole hog and have ketchup to!

The result – It actually works out ok believe it or not and as my waffle was wholemeal no less, the breakfast was quite filling and for the equivalent of £6 not bad value either.

Le Peep is right next door to a farmers market too which might be nice if you fancy some quality meats and veg. They have a few outdoor seats too with Umbrellas but as it was over 100 degrees fahrenheit when I went not many people were outside.

If you ever go to Le Peep let us know how you found it below amd you can find out more about them at http://www.lepeep.com!
