Spice House Indian Restaurant In Keighley

This is a relatively new restaurant in Keighley.
The guys who run this restaurant, are excellent. Friendly, efficient and are really trying hard to build a reputable business.
On a Wednesday night they have a special offer – 5 courses, which includes coffee for £6.95 and you can order anything off the menu. If you order seafood/fish, there is an additional charge. This understandable a business night for the restaurant.
Food is hot, tasty and service by all staff is excellent, you really cannot fault the restaurant. The mixed starter is very filling, and the Chicken Pakora starter is huge. Portions are very good, food is very appealing and very tasty. If you have any special requirements with your food, the staff will do their best to accommodate. Order just one Naan and a rice if there are two of you – this is more than enough. Prices are sooooo reasonable, starters are from £2.95
It has been refurbished to a high standard, and is clean. You can bring your own bottle if you wish, soft drinks however are available.
Do try this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!
Lazeez Indian Restaurant/Takeaway Silsden

This is very local to us, and we have eaten in and ordered takeaways. For me, the takeaway is better.
The restaurant allows you to bring your own alcohol, the service from my experiences is very average. In fact we went there for New Years Eve, booked a table for 9.30pm and there was just one other couple in – everyone had apparently eaten early according to the waiter. We were advised that the restaurant was closing early, after we requested a break between courses, not what you expect from a restaurant!
I feel that many of the dishes taste the same. I ate a lot of Indian food, and do appreciate that some dishes can be similiar, but found that no matter what you order, the presentation and taste of the dish is very much the same.
Takeaway option can be a little slow at peak times, but the chicken tikka masala is excellent, but somehow not the same when you eat in.
If you are looking for an inexpensive, social option, whereby you can take your own drink then this restaurant ticks the box – if your looking for a relaxing, romantic, meal in a lovely surrounding, then perhaps this restaurant is not for you!
Tatnam Tandoori Indian Takeaway Review

We tend to order our Indian takeawys from Tatnam Tandoori in Poole as they delivery quickly and the food is always of a high standard.
Both my wife and I are big Chicken Kurma fans and usually order some Pilau rice, a few poppadoms with 2 tubs of Mango chutney! Generally we find they throw in a free dish to, something like Bombay Aloo or a vegetable dish.
They also have a small restaurant which can get quite busy on the weekends so be sure to call them and book. You will find the staff friendly and some traditional Indian beers on draft such as my favourite, Kingfisher.
They have a wide range of traditional Indian dishes on the menu such as Mosala, Jaifrezi, Birani, Tandoori and of course good old curries!
If you want to find out exactly whats on the menu you can visit there Website at: www.tatnamtandoori.com/

This is a great restaurant, from the service, the food, the menu.
The restaurant offer a lunchtime menu Tuesday – Friday from 12.30 – 14.00. The selection is not vast, but is plentiful, frequently replenished, hot and tasty. Salads are available, usually a choice of a minimum of 3 starter, naans, pilau rice, and a selection of 4 main curries, at least one of them being vegetarian. Cost is very reasonable.
The main menu offers the usual curries, together with some house specialities – the Nalini Special is for me one of the nicest dishes, very creamy, and has been cooked slowly for several hours.
There are 2 other restaurants in the chain, in Leeds & Huddersfield, but have never tried them. The restaurants do have a liquer license and offer a full takeaway meal service.
Booking is recommended especially at the weekends.
Cinnamon Indian Restaurant in Ferndown

Located in the centre of leafy Ferndown (Dorset) you’ll find an excellent curry house called Cinnamon. Although this restaurant has only been established for little over a year, it seemingly has a huge following already, judging by their bulging Customer Comments book by the bar! Cinnamon is very different to traditional curry houses, as it possesses a really modern and stylish interior. The restaurant is smaller than most restaurants, however can easily cater for 50 or 60 in the restaurant at any given time.
The chef at this restaurant is actually a local award winner, and this is reflected by the supreme presentation on the plate, and the intricate care of the waiters Jay and Mo –
you can tell it’s a friendly service if you go out knowing their names on your first visit!
I began my meal with a Chicken Tikka starter on a bed of salad – it was a great way to start my meal, and with a pint of Kingfisher by my side, my pallet was suitably warmed up for the main course.
I ordered a Lamb Rogan Josh for my main course, whilst my partner went for a less spicy Chicken Korma. I was really pleased when my meal came out because it was just right in terms of hotness – quite often in many tandori restaurants I find myself ordering jugs and jugs of water to accompany my meal (even if it was only ‘medium’ strength), but this time I didn’t have to. Then we finished off with some deserts and coffees, again, presented really well and tasting divine.
Together with the vibrant atmosphere and authentic Indian music softly in the background, I definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting a fantastic an Indian. To top it off, I was told if I write a review on their web-site they’ll email me a 20% off coupon for my next meal… now that can’t be bad. Read more
