    If its sticky its too much water, or you moved it too much or the rice was not dry when you did the dome!! Make sure the rice is dry. You dont have to wash the rice if you dont want to. I use uncle bens, but it does not matter! the problem is not the rice is the procedure. Make sure the water has evaporated before making the dome! I hope this helps!Thanks for the ?

    No. Not with this type of rice. For like sushi thats another story.
