						I just got off the phone with Chef Air. He said make sureï»¿ its paste and not tamarind with the seeds removed. See if it melts in hot water and if it does it is paste if not you will need to boil it. The main thing is make sure it is nice and dark color and has good flavor and not thick, should be more like fruit juice. Hope this helps.
